David E. Cooley is an executive coach and a career coach. Based in the Brentwood Village District of Los Angeles, California, he is Director of Alumni Career Services & Career Coach for UCLA Anderson School of Management's Office of Alumni Relations. At UCLA Anderson, he has coached more than 5000 MBA alumni and MBA students and more than 100 private clients.
David’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from New York University (NYU), a Certification in General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management's Executive Program, and a certification in individual and organizational coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching (an ICF-accredited coach training program). He received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
He has been interviewed on SiriusXM/Wharton Business Radio's Career Talk with Dr. Dawn Graham and many online publications, and he has been an executive coach with Leadership Development Institute, a Silicon Valley-based executive coaching and team development firm.
In addition to his work as a career coach and executive coach, he is contracted by leading companies to provide business presentation skills coaching for executives.
David is an active member of the Global International Coaching Federation (ICF), the International Coaching Federation of Los Angeles (ICFLA), and the Coaches for Advancing Professional Alliance (formerly named the MBA Career Services for Working Professionals Alliance).
