Presentation Skills Training
David works with corporate and sales executives on developing strong presentation skills by organizing and delivering content in a concise, polished and professional manner. Using real-time feedback and videotaped sessions, David helps teams make more positive and professional presentations, whether the executive is speaking to potential or current clients or to internal groups.
Communication Styles Training
Effective communication is built on interpersonal trust and understanding. It requires that team members possess a thorough knowledge of varying communication styles. If an executive has only one communication style, they will ultimately speak a different language than their peers, direct reports and others.
David works with team members on defining their own individual communication style and motivators, along with de-motivators and problem areas. In these sessions, personality traits are examined in detail and teams learn how to identify the different styles, and how to adapt one's own communication style to others for maximum communication effectiveness.
